At Ormond Coaching and Training our aim is to empower people to develop their skills and strengths to maximise their potential and find fulfillment in their life. We focus on people development, your development, helping you to identify opportunities to move forward to greater success. A range of programmes are offered including:
Presentation Skills, Communication Skills, Influencing Skills, Leading Change, Coping with Change, Supervisory and Management Development Skills, Time Management Skills Training Skills and many more.
Please see our Courses/Programmes page for the range of programmes offered by Ormond Coaching and Training. Programmes can either be designed for you and run as an in-company programme or organised as a public programme.
Sample outlines are shown for different programmes. All the outlines can be further modified and tailored to your own needs and objectives.
Prior to delivering any programme for you I will meet and discuss your requirements, understand the profile of the learners and the main learning objectives. I will work with you to devise a programme to ensure that transfer of learning to the work place occurs following from the programmes.
Different styles and approaches of delivery will be used based on the learner profile.
Duration of programmes
The duration of programmes can be discussed to again meet your needs, the learner profile and address the learning objectives. A mix of different interventions can also be agreed based on suitability.
Programme Accreditation
Ormond Coaching and Training is a FETAC registered provider. We provide a range of programmes leading to awards at Level 5 and 6 in the National Framework of Qualifications. For a list of programmes please see out FETAC page.
